Welcome to the XIV International Congress of Electronics, Control and Telecommunications (CIECT). The CIECT has continuously developed as a scientific and technological event with a fundamental purpose: Strengthen a community of academics, researchers and professionals interested in aspects related to engineering in Electronics, Control and Telecommunications, and in offering socially useful results. On this occasion, the XIV CIECT will be held in “Aduanilla de Paiba”, University main library (Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas), in Bogotá – Colombia – on November 18 and 19, 2019.
