ISPMA-2019 will be held in Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, "La Macarena" campus (April 29th, May 2nd, and 3rd), and Universidad Central, downtown campus (April 30th). Please see the program for details.

La Macarena is located in downtown at the east edge of the urban zone of Bogotá in the foot of Monserrate Hill, one of the most touristic places in the city, and part of the Andes Mountains.

Bogotá is at 2600 meters above the sea level and is a territorial entity of the first order, with the same administrative status as the departments of Colombia. It is the political, economic, administrative, industrial, artistic, cultural, and sports center of the country.

The International Airport "El Dorado" is located at the west of the city. It takes around 30 minutes by car to go from the airport to Universidad Distrital Macarena A. There are three intercity buses terminals located at the north, south and west of the city, respectively, all of them connected with downtown (close to La Macarena, station Universidades) by means of the public bus service "Transmilenio".
